2. Shipping Zones and Delivery Times

• Rest of India: Orders shipped to locations outside Jammu & Kashmir (JK) and Northeast India will typically be delivered within 2 to 7 business days.

• Jammu & Kashmir (JK) and Northeast India: Orders shipped to JK and Northeast India may take between 5 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on the priority chosen at checkout.

3. Priority Shipping Options: Customers have the option to choose priority shipping for orders being shipped to JK and Northeast India. Priority shipping may result in faster delivery times, with orders typically arriving within 5 business days.

4. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will be able to view the shipping charges before completing your purchase.

6. International Shipping: At this time, Design Factory only offers shipping within India. We do not ship internationally.
